(ABP) -- Many people -- including committed Christians such as author and activist Brian McLaren -- are ashamed of the United State's behavior at Guantanamo. They want the U.S. to be exceptional in the sense of exemplary, not in the sense of claiming exemptions from customary standards of decency.
