TWIN FALLS, Idaho (ABP) -- With the last of 10 Southern Baptist mission volunteers released from a Haitian jail May 17, one of her "Idaho 10" co-laborers is breaking his silence and blaming the whole ordeal on meddling by the United Nations Children Fund, more commonly known as UNICEF.

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (ABP) -- The last of 10 Americans detained while trying to take 33 children out of Haiti following the Jan. 12 earthquake was released May 17 after a judge found her guilty and sentenced her to time already served in jail.

NIPAS, Chile (ABP) -- More than two months after a massive earthquake rocked Chile, rains have begun and winter soon will arrive, leaving a group of Baptist pastors bracing for the cold in small tents that have become their impromptu homes in the wake of the disaster.
